Phoenix Gym is a specialist gym that teaches:

NO JOINING FEE’S, NO MINIMUM PERIODS!
We specialize in beginner training. It’s easy to start. It’s safe and fun with experienced male and female coaches on hand to get you going. Once you complete your first trial class you then have the option to sign up for a membership.
In the first initial trial classes you will receive a short introduction that will teach you the technique required to be able to participate in all our regular sessions.
All our ongoing memberships feature easy fortnightly payments with memberships based on how often you want to train.
It is now $25 for one week for Phoenix Sessions (kickboxing, Boxing or Grunt classes) OR $25 for BJJ. Not both! Or $15 for one trial class.
Current members can try a class of another program eg BJJ can try Kickboxing for FREE.
